Julius Malema says white people must lose their land in South Africa

EFF leader Julius Malema said that white people must surrender most of their land for South Africa to achieve real economic equality.

He shared his views on South Africa’s political environment and racial equality in a discussion on The Motherhood Network podcast.

“For white people, when you say we have to be equal, we cannot be equal without them losing something,” Malema said.

“They hate the idea that we should be equal in terms of land ownership, because they own 80% of the land, and they must give land to 80% of the population.”

He said that the inequality in land ownership means that the white population in South Africa must lose a large portion of their land.

“Patterns of ownership in general, whether you talk mines, banks, or anything, they know that equality means losing for them,” he said.

“Because if they have R80, they must give you R40 and remain with R40. They hate that idea. They want to have an extra R20 to reach R100 when you have nothing.”

Malema claimed that the opposition to the EFF’s policies stems from a fear among asset owners of losing their economic advantages.

“That’s why the idea of inequality is an insult. They say I am a bully and a dictator, and call me names because they have to survive through fearmongering,” he said.

“If you hate me for saying let’s include other people and let’s be equal to secure the future of this country, your security depends on the equality of this country.”

“If Alexandra continues to be what it is now, no one is guaranteed any future, including us. I’m even worse off because I live right next to them.”

He warned that the masses will also attack rich black people, as they would be seen as having committed class suicide and joined the oppressor.

“So, I have to agitate, even if I have access to resources. I can’t forget my brothers and sisters in the townships and villages,” Malema said.

“As long as they remain poor, the security of all of us is not guaranteed. That will lead to an unled revolution, and an unled revolution is anarchy, not a revolution.”

The EFF leader said that, instead of white people hating him, they should be glad there is still someone poor people listen to in South Africa.

“I am someone who, if an unled revolution breaks out, can stand between them and us and say, ‘Wait a bit, let’s still find common ground’,” Malema said.

Why must the whites have to give to the preSumerian blacks? It’s not their responsibility to develop blacks into an urban culture. Blacks must start doing things for themselves. Whites pay their taxes and thats it.
